LETTER FROM THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

Dear Faculty Advisors and Delegates,

It is with the highest honor to invite you to our 32nd Annual High School Model United Nations Conference at the University of California, Irvine. In tandem with our goals, we strive to create an educational and substantive experience for all our delegates.

This year, our organization has worked on ambitious goals of expanding our conference in terms of types of committees and the size of our staff. It is with great pride to announce our continual advances in fostering an environment of growth and education within the realms of international relations. Having been part of Model UN since high school, the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team to expand our program is truly valuable.

As we enter 2024, registration for our conference will open in January and will end in March. Our main focus is to cater to the many interests of our delegates based on years of feedback and experience. MUN at UCI has continually excelled in hosting our conference for all students across California. In its 32nd rendition, we are excited to invite and see all of you participate in our conference on April 13 & 14, 2024. Having been present at UCI for the past three years, Model UN has become a pivotal highlight of my career. Thank you to all those who have continued to support our organization, and I cannot wait to see what conversations arise from our upcoming conference.
